Mark provided excellent service when it came to opening my pool, changing out the sand in the filter, and getting my pump motor replaced. He patiently answered my questions. He’s reliable and friendly.
What an amazing experience! We had an issue with our pump after the bad storm that came through yesterday. After making several calls and no luck of getting someone out immediately, we reached the owner of Walkup Pool. I explained my situation and he said he would get get to me at the latest the next morning. A very few short hours later I received a text that he was on his way.. when I say excellent service, that is an understatement! Mark Walkup did a fantastic job with our pool repairs this summer! He replaced the pool lighting and handled a sand filter lateral change with no issues. The pool is running perfectly and looks amazing. Mark was professional, responsive, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommend his services!

I randomly met him at the Home Depot and just took a chance at asking a question about my above ground pool, he was very polite and very knowledgeable about what I had to ask.
