I called and emailed several places looking for help. Most were slow to reply or just didnt answer. No one wanted to help except Mark. Mark was with quick with responding. Got him out and he took care of my pump replacement with ease. Thank you. If you need help, Mark is your guy.
Mark was by far the most professional and gave us the best price for the service that he performed. We appreciate how he went above and beyond getting our pool in shape for open houses and showings while we were in the home selling process. The pool never looked better and he was able to come out as often as we needed even in between the scheduled visits. I highly recommend this pool service and would hire again in a heartbeat.
Mark provided excellent service when it came to opening my pool, changing out the sand in the filter, and getting my pump motor replaced. He patiently answered my questions. He’s reliable and friendly.
What an amazing experience! We had an issue with our pump after the bad storm that came through yesterday. After making several calls and no luck of getting someone out immediately, we reached the owner of Walkup Pool. I explained my situation and he said he would get get to me at the latest the next morning. A very few short hours later I received a text that he was on his way.. when I say excellent service, that is an understatement!
