I would not recommend this place for an eval. They need to be more specific with diagnosing. They refused to help with documentation for job accommodations. All of this should have been done in the first appointment. Now, two years later, they refuse to help me and say I need to pay to be evaluated again. No one is going to give a full eval to their employer because it has personal information. The job accommodation document should have been completed. A new eval is $3800.
