Not sure how this place is still open.. the manager is extremely rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills. I assumed it was because she had an off day but I went in for something and she was still extremely rude and even though it was evident that my pram couldn’t fit through the aisle, she pointed to the aisle and said ‘what you’re looking for is down there’. I just walked out.
There are some wonderful staff at this store and then as if to drag them and the brand down is the manager. If I see her working I do not go in. Many other locals all know……..refused one day to help me to put a purchase together. Not a complicated task. 😡
Got some great products but there were two staff on and both of them completely ignored me. I had to ask them a question and they basically looked at me like I was stupid. Very poor customer service.
The store is fantastic and they have a great range of products BUT the manager is the rudest person I've ever met. She has absolutely no customer service what so ever. Unfortunately because of her I will not be shopping here again.
