It was really bad the candles didn't smell good. Shop owner was unfriendly towards children even when they were with parents. Not recommended if visiting with family.

Advertised a product on catch, sold the product on catch and took money but then cancelled because they made a mistake with the advertised price. Didn’t contact me at all to try and rectify. Are still selling said item so it wasn’t out of stock, they just don’t want to honour their advertised prices which is simply poor business. Would not purchase from them.
We enjoy the shop! We bought beautiful things for our home. Just a feedback on the customer service since the lady at the counter wasn’t too friendly with certain condescending tone, even though we were really friendly. Just thinking on how important is if you work in retail to be a people person. Amazing shop and products tho
Great selection of colours for cake decorating, lots of baking moulds & staff super nice, inexpensive & fun shopping with the kids
