I pay my annual dues of $95 each year when I receive the notice. The check is deposited within 2 days, but I never receive a call to schedule my inspection. I have to call multiple times before I get a response! That is poor customer service! I don’t recommend this business at all. I continue with the annual renewal because it’s cheaper than starting over. Eventually, I will find a more professional business to give my money to.
