Joanna was my Lender whose calm manner and quick response made the whole process easy, anytime day, night or weekend I had a question she responded with in minutes, kept me in the loop as we went through underwriting, she was able to facilitate a fast close and funded the loan first thing the day of closing which in itself is hard to come by with loans.
