Worst place ever. HOA and neighbors, love talking about people behind their backs. Sold and moved after 2 years.
The neighborhood is nice enough but has gone downhill a bit. HOA is not very proactive or responsive to the issues brought to their attention but is very quick to collect the dues and demand that residents promptly respond to their concerns. Rules are not enforced with certain residents. There are shrubs that have been dead for a couple of years in some common areas, like my front yard, standing water at our mailbox area after a rain, paint flaking off of roof eves due to cheap products used in construction ( that residents ... read more
Don’t move here if you love privacy! These are the nosiest people I have ever come across in my life. We spend a lot of money to live here and have NO PRIVACY! As soon as the rates get better we plan to move.
The company that is supposed to maintain the commons shrubbery, etc. is terrible so I would not recommend this place unless you intend to include PAYING additional FRONT COMMONS MAINTAINENCE along with these HOA dues as we pay our yard man, fertilizer and weed company, and still have to watch the front common property shrubs grow out of control and ruin the appearance of our townhome. It gets costly so you may want to reconsider.
