Recently had the bike in for a service, very friendly staff, even sorted a recall out for me. Great service highly recommend
Took a ride up to WhateverWheels to have a look for a new bike …. On the way, my bike sprung an oil leak, upon arrival bike was taken into the workshop to be looked at asap. Problem was identified super quick and was fixed. Excellent customer service including follow up to check there were no issues a few days later.
Absolutely awesome Place. Luke is great and so helpful. Even on his day off on a Sunday. Couldn't recomend them more! Took me bike for service today, 2 and a half hour ride when could have bought from local dealer but they had amazing customer service and great deal with 3 yrs free servicing! Thanks Luke
Saw the Datatool stealth S5 on the website for £299. Rang to check it was in stock and current model. Price seems to good to be true. Confirmed over the phone it's all good. Monday morning receive an email book in for us to fit or we cancel the order? Bit shocked rang them up. Doest state so clearly on the website, no one pointed it out when I rang before ordering.
