They gathered information about our problem and they took the necessary steps to start unclogging the lines. They communicated with me the entire time they was working on this major clog. Thomas is the best. My family owns property in Surfside Beach but we are from Michigan and it can be difficult to manage. Thomas has come to our rescue for a leaking water heater that needed replacing two years ago and a leaking shower from the unit above that was raining in our bathroom recently. He is installing a garbage disposal for us next week. We won’t go to anyone else. He arrives quickly and always does the job the right way. So lucky to have found him! Nice peace of mind.
