I was a patient at Whatcom Physical Therapy for about 25-30 treatments. They overcharged my insurance by 5 times and I never signed a paper saying they could do that. It was only supposed to be a little more than paying out of pocket. They committed fraud! Also both me and my attorney have been trying for OVER A YEAR to get my treatment records and they refuse to give them to us. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Everyone was kind, intelligent and informed. Great experience start to finish. I was listened to on my concerns and the providers explained things as they went. Adrian helped calm me down during a scary medical experience turned panic attack. I truly appreciated that more than I could voice.
Great practice and friendly staff
Had an opportunity to have Jack work on an exercise program for a deltoid muscle that was twitched during some sports. For months living with pain, but under the direction of Jack, I'm so much better. Lotion is motion!
