I never thought schizophrenia could be real. I found out that not only is it real but I was suffering from it. The staff were incredibly kind the entire time even though I didn't trust them and they helped me talk to more people than I've talked to in two years. It was still trying being there and dealing with auditory hallucinations but they took care of me.
Excellent model for mental health help for those that just need a little bit of time in a safe, controlled environment free of too much worldly distraction. Safety and a feeling of being welcome seems to be the goal of the mental health program. Belongings are set aside simply to help you recenter and you are given 3 meals, snacks, a clean room and bed - the only price is self reflection and self-control. I applaud the hardworking crew at WCTC.
These people aren't trained well enough didn't give me cup for water until 10 hrs after arrival begged several times for something warm 5 xs and then they refused to give me meds I was prescribed by my pcp and then stole them benzos and narcotics tried to cancle it and not tell me the stole my meds then cost me having to deal with an ovdose after leaving cuz the trumma they put me though And thought they would get away with it a couple places may be opening an investigation on them.Dont go there thery will increase your trum... read more
