I wish I could write a positive review, however I was never able to contact this dealer. I was interested in a 2007 Cobalt they had listed online last weekend, so I sent in a request through their website. I never received a response via phone call or email. I attempted to call them on Monday and no one answered the phone. I left a message with my name and contact number and did not receive a call all week. I went on a Saturday. On their door it says they have Saturday hours. No one was there. Then the vehicles. It looked and smelled like someone had taken a cloth soaked in motor oil and detailed the cars & suv's. They were all trashy looking. Not one price tag anywhere. Oh the vehicles were unlocked incase you're wondering how I got into the car with no one there. Yup! Just opened the doors right up. You could see stuff running down the doors on the inside. It was bad. I would think twice before coming here.
The owner John, is an exceptional human being! If your looking to purchase an affordable used vehicle from someone who isn't just trying to take your money without setting you up with the type of vehicle you need, this is your place to go! Transparency, honesty, affordability, are the 3 words I would use to sum up the service you will find if you stop by Whattacar!
Was so nice and accommodation to my self admired ignorance and was quite helpful as I got my first car.
Anyone looking for reliable used cars should definitely buy from whatacar. When I bought my car from them the owner was very friendly and helpful, the mechanics are hard working to make sure the vehicles are in good shape. The whole process was smooth and comfortable! 5 stars across the board!
