First i will start by saying that we made an appointment to see a car and when we got there no one was there. We called the number on the door several times but still waited. The guy did show up saying he was having breakfast. Im sorry, we had an appointment. My son then bought a car from here and when we got it they said they were replacing the motor, which it did look like they did. My wife & I purchased a 2011 Mercury Mariner for almost $3k! He told us that the vehicle has been sitting there for 2 months. Now, we were in desperate need of a vehicle so we purchased it. He said he would check it & fix it which he NEVER answered the calls even after the front right tire completely fell off! My car broke down and tire fell off twice the truck we got sold was not reliable at all I wish there was away to get my money back and by a better car that is more reliable
If I could give you one piece of advice it’s to NOT purchase a vehicle from this used car dealership. It seems like he is selling lemon cars to everybody and these reviews clearly show it. I did not even have my car for two weeks before the engine seized & spent over $3,000. I was told this car was inspected thoroughly and a tuneup was done, but come to find out when I did one myself. Yes there was a Dot investigation with me....... as he sold me a vechile that needed significant repairs that was inspected by multiple mechanics. Purchased a traverse in February 2024. It took a year to go threw the DOT process. Just recently here in April 2025 I agreed to do a different car with jon and giving the traverse back which sat in storage for a year .
