Updated review. Had an issue with my breakfast order one day. Morning manager replaced most of my order at no cost, not before being very condescending and making me feel like it was my fault biscuits were rock hard, part of order missing and burned my own eggs.
This is specifically for the drive thru: I don't know why they think pulling the cars up is a good idea. I usually order thru the app and it's happened multiple times where I get my food at the window but the person in front of me is pulled up cause their food wasn't ready, and now I'm trapped waiting behind them because there isn't a secondary lane to pull out to. Just seems like a idiotic way to do it.
Food was hot and good. Place is clean good service
I love this whataburger. Anytime I'm in town I stop because the food is always fresh. Also love how the employees make me feel so welcome.
