I just ordered off of Uber eats and they messed up one of my orders (I said no pickles on a sandwich and they put pickles on), no straws, no napkins, I paid almost $2 for a ranch cup that I never got (I know it's only $2 but it's the principal of the matter), and the container for my fries had oil spots from sitting out too long. The Uber driver was amazing he immediately delivered and didn't have the food for not even 5 minutes so I know that it's not his fault. Please do better next time, I feel like I wasted my money

At 1029 pm in an empty restaurant shouldn’t take 30 mins for 1 hamburger and a fish sandwich…Really need to get night crew changed out for people who want to work….Having wait that long and the order be completely wrong that in itself deserves a refund or some sort of compensation for every customer inside that is having to wait…Thats poor business and poor management and shift oversight
I have yet to order anything from this specific store and it be completely right. I'm a Whataburger die hard I'm from Tx , but this site specifically.. idk
