I have been here multiple times usually late at night, so it is possibly just the night crew. Ordered an iced coffee.... recieved a hot black coffee 30 minutes later... Waited 40 minutes for a small chocolate shake. The minimum wait time for anything is 20 minutes and that is only if you pester the workers about getting your food out. This has been an ongoing issue in the few years I have been an SAU student.
