So everything was great the food was fantastic, and service was great. I will say it looked as if people in management positions didn't enjoy being there and I think it rubs off on young employees. And for the price of fast food burgers to be as expensive as they are compared to other real food places ive been to. That's a little disappointing also. $10 barely gets the burger. Some its even more
Subpar food that is way overpriced. The burger was bland and the frys were undercooked. Wouldn't have had much to say had I not just paid almost $18 for a burger, fries and drink. Not to mention the girl in the window was argumentative and made several snarky comments. That's the one and only time I'll ever eat food at whataburger in scottsboro.
Service and food were great
Placed a mobile order that magicly could not be found anywhere in the system. Location refused to fulfill order that was paid for. I had already received confirmation via email and app the payment processed as well as my bank reflecting the payment. Associate had to call her manager for them to say there was nothing they could do and that I had to call support. Support canceled my order saying they should have been able to see my order. Now I have to spend more money to transfer the amout to my husband so he can re-order foo... read more
