After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through we got our order. When we got home, the order was wrong and cold. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches And one three piece chicken strips. What we received was two regular chicken sandwiches and the chicken strips. All cold! We will never go to Whataburger ever again.
My colleague and I visited this location around 9:30 PM and had a highly disappointing experience. When we arrived, an employee was outside talking on her phone. We went inside and waited at the front counter for about five minutes.
