The reserved parking for online food pickup is a huge turn off for walk in customers.
Upon arriving at location #1266 on 8/30/25 at 1:22 PM, we were not greeted. When I attempted to place an order with Kaitlynn P., the interaction was disappointing and reflected very poor customer service. I ordered a #1 with no cheese, no tomato, and grilled onions—a request I’ve made many times at other locations without issue.
