I ordered two large Dr Peppers and was told my total was around $6. When I got to the second window and handed over my card, I looked at the receipt and somehow I'd been charged almost $10 because an extra drink had been added to my order. I politely pointed out that it was wrong, and instead of simply fixing what was an obvious mistake, I got a "let me get my manager," which made the whole thing way more awkward than it needed to be. Jason was super nice and the food was good as always. Love a jalapeño cheese burger.
Jason that took our order was very friendly and an all around nice human. We will definitely come back here and dine if this establishment continues to hire people of his caliber.
The food was good - my husband, who generally does not like Whataburger - even enjoyed it. The staff was professional and friendly - Jason at the front was especially warm and welcoming. I'd say we will be back, but we were just passing through. The restaurant was nice and clean - colder than I like, but I feel that way with most restaurants I go into.
