My mom has never been to a Whataburger so I take her with me tonight through the drive-thru and she excitedly said to the lady, It's my first time ever trying Whataburger! in a very happy tone and then listed what she wanted and the lady gives us this big sigh and my mom was like oh I'm sorry. Was that a lot? and the lady didn't even really say anything. Just told us to pull up and this guy comes in and asks us if we ordered the food that we ordered. We say yes. Good food and service was doing the best they could with minimal staff.
Order was correct!
Gave me the wrong order and took about 10-20 minutes to fix it. Nice staff but need to be more efficient!
literally used to go to whataburger every month on our anniversary but the last 4-6 times it has been absolute shit. the burgers are dry and old and the chicken (if there is even all the tenders) are hard/ stale. not to mention the fact that you dont get your sauces. havnt always been a hater, but $30 for 2 people and disappointment is not it.
