Me and my staff ordered some food during a very busy night shift in the ER; had a minor issue with the order and I called, and Kyle literally went out of his way to make it right and was so cool about it. A small gesture went a long way - & We greatly appreciated it! Give Kyle a raise! Hes the man!
The service was great. Food was good. Couple homeless addicts outside aggressively begging though, that messed up the atmosphere.
Didn't hold up to other Whataburgers. Have had so much better from other stores. I feel sorry for that neighborhod as Whataburger is normally my go-to for burgers. I would be so disappointed living close to that store but not being able to go there.
