I took a picture of the location from across the street from my vehicle at the traffic light because construction is complete. I guess Google is looking at my pictures too. Zero privacy with these corporations.
The woman that took my money, was rude and I mentioned my drink was wrong she said please pull up to trash can without fixing issue. Five vehicles have already got their food and I am still waiting. What a way to treat a disabled veteran.
Brooklyn needs to find work without customer service being involved. Janice was as sweet as she could be and fixed the order that was so drastically messed up. Three other people were there and weren't doing anything but it took 20 min from the time I walked in til I received the first order that wasn't even close. We all have bad days but judging from the lack of business there on a Sat night, it's hurting Whataburger. Hate to see it, I grew up with them. I only hope the manager or owners read the reviews.
