Good food. Not complaining but all the women that worked there had the same hair color. Are we living in a simulation?
Such great people at the Commerce, TX What A Burger, good food and 90% of the employees, know our Order by heart I won't mention any Employees Names, but they have accepted Kathy and I as friends. Even one employee calls Us her Grandparents 🤗
The lady taking orders does not know how to do the rewards in the app. Complete incompetence. Had to end up canceling my order.
We went here tonight to get a burger it was disgusting. The bread was super stale, meat was dry and gross, and the fries were stale. My husband took the burger back up there to have it remade and he was super nice. He talked to the manager on duty and asked if it could be remade. She took the sandwich back and all he can hear is her and the other workers complaining and how she “hates people” and literally just laughing at him all because he wanted his sandwich re-made. It's whataburger with college kids running it at night. Food is hit and miss. Service was puss poor through drive thru. As far as inside ok it was pleasant with other customers. Wish I could give them a five star across the board. I just can't do that.
