Inside service is O K but the drive thru sucks! They are very slow it takes forever to go thru! If there are more than 3 vehicles in line go inside and order to go. 2 star rating is for the drive thru.
I had the most professional and kind cashier. Her customer service was unmatched. Her name is Kennie and she deserves a raise. It was late, but the tea was empty. She took our order, left the register and made a container of sweet tea before the next customer was ready. She did every bit of it with a smile and a thank you for coming! Kudos to Kennie in Brandon, MS!!
I am editing my original review which stated, "Food is rarely correct and they are extremely slow. This is my 6th visit, and I gave them grace the first few months. I thought they'd have it together by now." Updated review: I came here about a month ago and the blonde lady at the window was incredibly rude to me as well as others, as stated in previous reviews. Stopped in for lunch while we road tripped.Our order was accurate.The employees were friendly and our experience was enjoyable
Absolutely awful location. Wait times are horrible, always seem to be out of something, and had issues using a gift card several times in a row. Would not recommend. Gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero stars.
