I’ve given Whataburger multiple chances, and unfortunately it’s consistently disappointing. The food is often cold by the time it’s served, the service is slow and unfriendly, and my order is rarely correct the first time. On top of that, the overall atmosphere just isn’t welcoming. This location seriously needs to improve its quality control and customer service and learn to work and not be in the back office while customers are waiting at the counter to get their food.
