I just went through the drive thru at around 12:30 AM tonight and a man named Thomas was behind the counter. This was probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. This person was so incredibly mean and rude, and I have it all on video and will be going straight to corporate with this.
Had my first Whataburger in DFW in Texas. I had to try it since my KC chiefs star Patrick Mahomes love the place. Great atmosphere and amazing burgers
Update: 2years in and this location is still incapable of hiring people that can read and count. Half of our orders are missing all the sides. You guys still suck. The food is good especially if you grew up in Texas. Sadly this franchise is incapable of completing an order as you ordered it usually forgetting things you have paid, upsetting for people waiting for a full meal.
Its sad that ppl are so Rude. The customer in front of us said, he waited in the drive thru 15mins and finally gave up and came inside. A lady with a whataburger uniform asked him what he needed. He explained he had been waiting 15 minutes in drive thru, she said you have to find someone else I don't work here. He finally was able to order his food. After waiting forever my husband ordered our food. I just don't see how they will stay in business. When you have to pay top dollar and get horrible service.
1st time at this location went thru drive thru and won't be back! I said add ketchup and get a ton of mayo and im allergic to mayo!!! Waste of time and money and can't eat it! How does ketchup sound like mayo!?!? Thanks for nothing!
