Gotta love when franchise owners make arbitrary decisions to cut menu items for perceived benefit to themselves thereby creating a customer experience inconsistent with the national brand. Today you lost a significant order because you cut half the breakfast menu (specifically items that are kid friendly) and your solution was for us to go to another location 7 miles away when we were just trying to get a quick breakfast before baseball, softball and lacrosse games. Love the original Whataburger!
Carris the new SHift manager is amazing. Helped me on a phone call, and when I tell you I wanted to recruit him!!! Gosh- great to see a new atmosphere! Can’t wait to see what he and Cody do!
Very disappointing experience! My burger was too small for the bun by 1/2" all the way around. The fry's were cold and limp. The purple haired girl was so busy standing around not doing anything that my order ( I was the only one there) took 14 minutes to get it through the window. This is my 4th bad experience at a Whattaburger, and it's my last. No wonder there's nobody in the drive-thru line at 6:00 pm.
