Whataburger was a good stop for a quick meal. The chicken sandwich was fresh and tasted great, and the boneless wings were definitely a highlight. The burgers were good, but nothing that really stood out compared to other places. Overall, it was a solid experience with good food and worth trying if you haven’t had it before.
I am giving 5 stars to Carris and David for their exceptional customer service. Each associate was extremely friendly, polite, respectful. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Update I came back Fabian and Melvin were also very friendly and respectful also.I would definitely recommend this location.
Everyone has always been exceptional here, ESPECIALLY Thomas. But they are always slammed at night. I usually only see 2 people on shift at midnight when i go. That's crazy irresponsible scheduling. I'm consistently impressed with how well they pull it off, but that has to be stressful. Give them a raise and increase the number of closing staff. Pretty sure that'd fix everything.
Y'all can keep your five-star restaurants. I'll be over here treating Whataburger like it's a Michelin-star experience. When someone says, "Where do you want to eat?" Me: "I know a little place..." drives to Whataburger like I'm about to experience fine dining. The cashier isn't taking my order... they're my waiter. The tray isn't plastic... it's handcrafted serving ware. The spicy ketchup? Basically liquid gold. And if those fries are fresh? That's a religious experience. Some people save up for steak dinners.
