Today I went to whataburger for a late night dinner. I went through the line to order as usual and when I arrived to the window the employees were using such terrible language. Just F bombs left and right,so I don’t know how to feel about these people making my food. Then I paid for my food that was not done yet,so they had me pull forward to wait on my order. All our fries, onion rings and burgers were terrible. The grease they used to fry was old and left all these items tasting disgusting Burgers were sloppy and had no vegetables 48.00 and it went in the trash Very disappointed that I wasted money on this establishment
Forgot our straws for our drinks and shake. Fries/Onion Rings and hamburger patties all had a burnt flavor to them. Only good thing that was good was the banana pudding shake. Not a good experience at all.
This is a shout out to the chef. Today on 6/25/26 I asked for a whataburger bacon jr with EXTRA mustard add jalapenos and you delivered. I appreciate you, who ever you are. I hope you see this. You rock fr. Extra mustard wasnt excessively OR skimpy, it was literally perfect, and the jalapenos great attention to detail on the staff. Great location.
