This is the easily the most incompetent Whataburger I’ve ever frequented. It seems impossible for them to get orders right, they regularly and consistently leave ingredients out and forget things. I’ve also never been impressed by the cleanliness of this location. It’s worth it to go to the Whataburger at 4th street and Loop 289. Much better food and service.

I recently had stopped at another Whataburger here in town. When I got home my order was wrong, and not cooked all the way. I called up to the Whataburger on 9th (due to it being the closest to my house). Paul was so friendly and took care of it for me. Even though his store did not serve me the food he remade my order for me. Everyone inside was so kind. I even left with an extra fry. Great customer service!!
