Sean is an amazing and thoughtful employee and took great care of my family and me during a recent dinner at this location. I don't think we have ever received such thoughtful attention during a burger joint meal in our lives. Great job, Sean!
Tried Whataburger in Overland Park for the first time with my parents, after having it once before in Dallas. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly and patient while we took our time ordering. As for the food, it’s definitely classic fast-food stylegreasy, heavy, and hearty. It’s not really my personal preference, but that’s probably just because I’m not used to eating this type of meal. Overall, great service and a clean space, but the food just isn’t quite my style.
Crappy customer service. Ask for a double cheeseburger plain and get one with everything on it and they refuse to remake it without charging you. Freddy's is better choice at least they will do right by the customer and apologize for the mistake.
