I love stopping in at this Whataburger location!! I especially like stopping at one of the locations whenever I return from a trip out of state! Love to order the Whataburger sandwich without onions, but then add grilled onions & grilled jalapeños! YUMM!!! If I want a good hamburger, it has to be a Whataburger hamburger!! And the biscuits & gravy, especially jalapeño & cheddar biscuits, are to die for!!
Come on Whataburger... I know your food is "Made Fresh", but sitting in a drive through line and not moving for almost 40 minutes is ridiculous. Stop cutting staffing, and run both of your checkout lines. Obviously people are willing to wait for your food, but you need to show that you care more about your customers. The wait times are getting out of control.
Need some improvements in customer service and food service. It was ok but seems that employees don't care how slow they become
