It seems that every time I order one of the special sauces they just forget it. Would never forget to charge me or answer the phone when I call. Disappointed.
This Whataburger had some of the best customer service I ran into with whataburgers. Only problem is the hash brown order is very very small for the amount that you pay. I know that's not the employees doing that's the company standard. Which is really sad for the amount of money they charge. However the customer service is really great the employees were really nice. They checked my food twice for me to make sure everything was in there before I drove off. And everything was hot.
They always close early. Super annoying
As with all my experiences with different locations. The staffing food is consistent in quality and service.
Waited 25 mins in the drive through nothing fast here .....also a worker had gloves on while running taking other orders with head set on then went back to the cooking side hope she changed her gloves 😳 mind you I got a salad shut this location down.
