Very rude in drive through
Obviously the Whataburger quality is there, but the level of consistency is lacking and poor management will be the reason why this brand new building is ran into the ground. Ever since they changed GMs last year, this place has gone way down. I will never return to this location because they've had to fix the order 4-5 times. That defeats the purpose of fast food. I’m not sure if this location is under new management, but over the last 6 months it has definitely become the worst Whataburger in northeast El Paso. Almost every time I order, something is missing, and when I point it out, the staff responds with attitude like I’m trying to get an extra $1–2 item.
