Cashier was rude and dismissive, also got my order wrong. Politely asked the cashier to repeat the order back just for him to repeat it back incorrectly and upon being corrected still got the order wrong.
Terrible customer service i uber ordered and they wouldn't accommodate me with. 2cpieces of bacon. There nothing but kids in there that can't count correctly. Don't know how-to count change to customers. And very rude. I will contact the FDA ALONG WITH TDLR.
Whataburger needs to teach their employees or expect better greeting skills. I went through the drive-thru and employee who handed me my order did not even look at me. When she gave me my order, she just stuck my order out the window and told me, "Here you go." No eye contact! Not even a "thank you"! Terrible customer service...
I’ve tried this location a couple of times in hopes that they were just having an off day, but the food is always cold, tastes like the grease old, and they’re slow.
