This place is now slow, dirty, and inconsistent with orders, especially at night. People were getting the wrong orders or the orders were made incorrectly. The wait time is atrocious. If we are waiting so long, the food and orders should be at least correct. I had to wait 35 mins from when I ordered in the app, until my order was ready (it was a pretty easy order at that) Sad to see that this location and Whataburger in general, has gone into the toilet. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.
Burgers are good but a bit dry.
Too many things to count that were wrong. Asked a couple of questions about summer drinks, and woman apparently did not hear well. When asked if peach drink was with rest of drinks as she handed me a cup, she replied yes (of course it wasn't. She didn't bother to offer to get it for me either just made a comment. Ordered onion rings, got French fries. Ugh! Another young lady, fixed that, thankfully. I like Whataburger but will not go to that one. If you don't like your job, find another one.
