Food is great, thats a given. The customer service is absolute garbage. Ive reached out to their online service for very minor things such as a wrong drink or a missed item. Very minor and simple things. The customer service when merely trying to inform them of a misstep is BONKERS, the process is convoluted and reps are unhelpful. Whataburger, You CAN DO BETTER. FIX YOURSELF
