The food was great. However, the thing that stood out the most was a young fella named Adam. He was working the register when my son and I walked in.. Adam was very outgoing, down to earth and made us feel right at home in a place where 99% of the time the visit is purely transactional. Adam seems like the kind of person who knows that working the register at whataburger probably isn’t the most elaborate or impactful job, but the difference between Adam and the other 99% is he treats it like it is.
