Was excited when this came to Roswell close by my home. Second favorite burger joint next to In-N-Out. Have been three times. First time service was reasonably good. The last two times I sat in the drive-through line for 10 to 12 minutes before finally leaving. Service is awful. Walked in one day and saw multiple people standing around with their plastic numbers waiting for their orders while the kitchen staff argued quite loudly in the back. Turned around and walked out. food was great. gave order at 5:30 am took 25 min to get to window only 2 cars ahead of me. another 9 min. before someone came to window. had to give my order again . this was a trainer that waited on me. two cars left before i got my order. to long in drive you are missing a lot of business

What is the problem with Whataburger #585. Today I ordered a Breakfast Sandwich, When I got home, I had sausage biscuit. I was the only guest on July 4th at 7:40am. And still the order was wrong. There seems to be training problem, a few days ago I went for lunch, huge line of cars, nothing moving, I was given 2 wrong orders that I had a signal them to come back and fix. Where si the manager while this mess is going on?
