Gotten worse for takeout curbside, not coordinated and late
We had to send a sandwich back four times to get it right . Jayson helped us out he was so nice unlike the rest who were rude didn’t listen Next time please don’t scape off sauce call it dry . We are from out of town will never be back to this one
Post a sign if understaffed, so we can chose to stay or go somewhere else people maybe on a lunch break or in a time crunch to wait longer than usual wait times. Saves us all in the long run. Guy outside has to take all the upset people's comments. He did with a good attitude. Supervisor should be the one out there taking responsibility.
for some reason, they don’t know how to manage a second lane in the drive thru. waiting 40 min, while watching 8 cars who were behind me but were in the first lane leave with their order before me. and then after waiting all that time, they tell everyone in second lane that it was closed all along, even though they took all of our orders... unreal
