I’ve only been here a few times and every time I remember why I hate coming to this one service is horrible crazy slow and every employee working the window mumble if they say anything at all to you wish I could give negative stars I’m sitting at the window going on 20 minutes waiting on a patty melt meal cmon man
Went through the drive through ordered a breakfast bowl and it had a hair in it. I had to walk in and ask them to fix it TWICE! There was a hair in the bowl the first time, second time they finally got it right.. I overheard them cursing profusely, calling me a liar from the kitchen. My hair looks nothing like the hair in the bowl.
The food was subpar but this lady who was clearly not a manager kept yelling and being rude to her customers. Her name was Taylor, I mean I can understand that people can be a pain to deal with but this is ridiculous and unprofessional.
I ordered a sausage breakfast on the bun with a extra sausage patty on it. The order was never repeated to me. I got my food and no extra patty but I also wasn't charged so I really can't complain but what was annoying was I didn't get any napkins, ketchup or picante sauce and my hash browns were at the bottom of the bag like it was poured in and the paper they come in was on top. Horrible experience. 4 employees standing around talking as I make a French fry order to go. Then a couple of them randomly stare at me while they are doing nothing. I observe at least 6 fries on the stand as I wait for over 8 minutes. They can keep the fries and money. Teach employees to work, not waste company money and cost them customers. Terrell whataburger by Bucees has continually gotten worse on a grand scale!
