Sat in front of the takeout window for 28 minutes with cars stacked behind us. No one came to the window. Finally at minute 28 they came to the window and had no excuse. Just said they would refund our money. Watched 10 orders go out the front counter.
Waiting an hour not only us but all the customers wait -at 12:00 pm

Whataburger by brookshires is like my home. Love them burgers!
This used to be the good Whataburger in town but a few months ago they went downhill fast. They get our order wrong every time we come now. We always have to get stuff remade. We try to go to the other one more even tho it's on the other side of town.
