Love whataburger, hasn't really been. The same since the buyout though. Hit or miss on the food.
I ask specifically for 2 ranches every time I order my food there and they never end up giving it to me, been multiple times, never had this problem at any other Whataburger.
My wife and I went to this location last saturday. We both ordered the same thing. When our burgers were brought out to us my wife noticed her burger was under cooked. She took it back to the counter and showed it to the person working the counter. All they did is remove the bun and the meat and place it on the grill again for just a few seconds. They gave me raw meat 😫😓 They gave me another hamburger, but it wasn't the same 🙃 and it tasted awful, and the fries were so salty you couldn't eat them. A horrible place 😒😑 and we were even eating inside. My husband said they did it because we're Mexican
