The only complaint i have is that they hoard the condiments. I like lots of ketchup and a ton of pepper. They give you one ketchup and two pepper packets if you are lucky. I miss the Days when they had salt and pepper shakers on the tables.
Hadn't eaten at waterburger since it was sold to New Yorkers, ate,got a food coma and was satisfied with service and food.
This location is often extremely busy. As with many Whataburgers, service is sloooowww, so expect a long wait. Food quality is always hit or miss here. Often it's cold from sitting behind some $100 mega order that holds the line up all day. Last night I tried the chicken strips for the first time. They were laughably tiny. Just consider them elongated nuggets.
