Service is INCREDIBLY SLOW. I waited at the drive through for over 5 minutes without anyone answering. Then they have to take your card in the inside to run the payment. No one had a sense of urgency. Food mediocre as always but this is what my son chooses. I will NEVER visit this location again.
Earlier today I ordered the three piece chicken strips with fries and a drink. When I got to work I realized the fries were not cooked all the way. I called and the manager lauren was very apologetic and offered to replace my whole order. Tonight when I went to go get the order replaced the service was friendly the gentleman that took care of me, unfortunately I did not catch his name I think he was the manager on duty.
