After arriving in San Antonio on a late-night flight well past midnight, we stopped at Whataburger and were fortunate to be greeted by Charlie Garcia. Despite the late hour, Charlie delivered some of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. He was welcoming, professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every customer had a great experience.
