I placed a curbside pickup order at Whataburger at 7:44 PM and checked in a couple minutes later. The estimated wait time was about 7–10 minutes, so I expected my order to be ready shortly after. While waiting, I noticed an employee bringing out orders to other cars. I rolled down my window and asked about my order, and she told me it was coming. Worst Whataburger experience I’ve had. Had to keep asking for my order, and when I finally got it, they forgot all 4 of my drinks. Opened one burger and there was a bug in it. When I asked for a replacement, the lead acted like it was a problem to fix it. They were also confused about my order—Uber clearly said pickup, but they kept saying it was delivery. Everything felt disorganized and poorly managed. Never had issues at other locations, but I won’t be coming back to this one.
