I love to go to the Commerce, Texas store! Elena always takes great care of us and the dining room is spotless because she is constantly cleaning and taking care of people!!!
I’ve been to this location two different times. The first time I ordered three different meals and all three were not correct. The second time it took over 45 minutes for my order and I ended up canceling it because my lunch is only an hour long. I never ended up receiving the food And asked for my money back. I understand that Whataburger takes a little bit to Cook but 45 Is ridiculous.
Burger was so so for over 7 dollars ,,,my wife got a grilled chicken sandwich it looked just like a grill cheese bread was toasted but mashed flat,toppings included a tomato slice that was the size and thickness of a silver dollar the lettuce was old and about the size of a leaf of spinach whole sandwich was about half inch thick if that. And that was because of the chicken in it, one burger and one flat chicken sandwich, 15 dollars
