Poor Food Quality — I tried giving this location several chances, but I keep having the same experience. They have no problem giving you old food. My Coke tasted like sparkling water. Ew.
Extremely Disappointing Service – Won’t Be Coming Back We visited this Whataburger location last night for a to-go order. The food itself was decent – no complaints there – but the service was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed cold and unfriendly. This is the slowest fast food place around. I have been here 4 times and every time I regret it. I even tried to place an online order this time so it would be ready when I got there. was the only one in the store for breakfast and they still maid me wait for 30 minutes after I arrived. I could probably drive all the way to the snelville location and get my food faster than going to this location. Corporate doesn’t care either they don’t respond to complaints. Food is pretty mid anyway I won’t be back.
Very good burgers! The banana pudding milkshake was excellent! The fries are almost like McDonald's. Service was outstanding!
