New Experience: Went in to my favorite spot to eat, 4 staff walked passed me, looked at me, refused to acknowledge me. I finally stepped up and asked if i could order. The guy with a mustache asked his colleague to take my order. The heavyset colleague then signed in to her register and stared at me like I was an inconvenience to her. I asked how she was doing and she refused to say anything, just stared at me. I decided to leave before I said something untoward. They had to walk to mexico to butcher a cow then cook it then brought it back to the states, which at this point everything is COLD...

Tried to go through the drive thru and told the lady taking orders that it would be a big order, she told me to give her minute and then told me that her manager said for me to come inside to place the order. I asked why and she said that because it was a big order the manger said to come inside. We left and called up to speak to the manager, Homero, who said they were short staffed and that’s why he said for us to come inside, which would have made no difference whether I was inside or in drive thru.

It's Whatabuger!!! Never had a bad meal there and the staff at this particular location are always nice.
