It took 20 minutes for our food to come out, we ordered 1 biscuit and gravy, 1 biscuit and sausage sandwich with cheese on it and small fries. Not sure why it took so long for a simple order but the staff was friendly and apologized for the wait.
First thing I see before the Drive Thru Window is a Rat Box!! Move the Box away! I ordered a large Chocolate Milkshake and a large onion ring and both tasted like crap to me! Put more chocolate in your shakes and put more coating on your onion rings! I gave this place a second chance, I ordered a Wrangler Burger and Onion rings. The Onion Rings were cooked but the Hamburger was COLD! I threw in the microwave for 2 mins. I guess you buy the Food but you have to Cook It! Good Bye Whataburger!
Waited for 10 minutes at the drive through with nobody in the parking lot and nobody behind me in line, only to be pulled forward for another few minutes before I get my food and I get home to realize I didn’t get my fries or my ranch.
