Honestly, I am disappointed to leave a bad review because generally, I always get and go to service at this Whataburger. Although sometimes the wait time has been excessive, I really am disappointed today though. I went to pick up an order for delivery for DoorDash, and the bag was torn, although it was sealed. It looked like I had tampered with it, and I didn't notice until I was delivering, so it just looked like I had opened the bag, although I hadn't, and that was very disappointing. DONT USE THE ICE. Black mold came out into my cup. They also replaced the cup before that because it was dirty. The tattooed manger did not act professionally, I guess she thought dirty ice is the customers fault.
