I'm giving 5 stars ONLY because the manager was excellent! Waited way to long for my food, for the fries to be cold and limp. Hubs took them in they immediately without waiting replaced with hot fresh firm fries!! Manager approached him followed him out to get receipt to write on the receipt a coupon for next time! ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I WAS IMPRESSED. We didn't ask for anything but was told I should never have to return for bc it wasn't fresh!
Remind of back home in Texas
Updating my review - this store has consistently become better and better. There were a few growing pains but 90% of the time its amazing and they nail. If they do make a mistake they are quick to make it right. 9 out of 10 but customer service 100%!!!!!
Honestly, when it comes to fast food, you can’t expect a lot but from this restaurant here You couldn’t ask for more friendly and attentive staff The food came out very quick in the place was very cleanly kept Would highly recommend
