New upper management was disrespectful to the manager Joann.
The online app never works and it doesn’t matter they're busy or not it’s gonna take a good 45 mins to get your burger and drink. But wait there’s more! Don’t forget about the part where they make you pull up and then one of the associates comes out and chats through the drive thru window with the other associates while you wait 28 more mins for that 1 delicious cold burger wild place.
I normally don’t write reviews, but this location needs help. The staff does not possess the adequate skills to run this business, They are constantly having to remake the food, wasting product time and money. They messed up my order twice I’m disappointed because I wanted to just go home and enjoy a good family dinner but instead I had to go back out twice one time yesterday and today.
